You’ll receive a welcome email with your onboarding information and the next steps for joining CLEAR.

2. Complete your onboarding form

This gives me the information I need to begin preparing for you and your individual starting point.

3. We’ll arrange your participant-specific elements

Your participant-specific elements will then be prepared, including the practical tools and support included in CLEAR.

4. Get ready for your Week 0 call

Before the 16-week programme begins, we’ll have your Week 0 Onboarding and Starting Point Call so we can establish where you are now and get you ready for the journey ahead.
