A personalised 16-week programme for high-performing women 40+ who are tired of over-preparing, second-guessing themselves and working harder just to feel as sharp as they used to.
You’re still delivering. Still leading. Still getting the job done.
But only you know how much harder you’re working behind the scenes to make sure nobody notices that things that once came naturally… suddenly don’t.

So what's changed?
You’ve got an important meeting tomorrow.
Nothing unusual. In fact, it’s exactly the kind of meeting you’ve handled hundreds of times before.
But tonight, you’re going through your notes again.
And again.
You’re rehearsing how you’ll open. Running through the questions you might be asked. Thinking about how you’ll respond if someone challenges you.
Not because you don’t know your stuff.
Because somewhere along the way, you stopped completely trusting that the words would be there when you needed them.

The next day, you walk into the room prepared.
You’re contributing. You’re leading. Everyone around the table sees the same experienced, capable woman they’ve always seen.
Then it happens.
You lose a word.
Or your train of thought disappears halfway through a sentence.
Maybe it lasts only a few seconds. You recover. Nobody says anything. The meeting moves on.
But you noticed.
And later, your mind goes back there.
You tell yourself you’re tired.
You’ve got too much on.
Maybe it’s stress.
So you try to manage it.
You sleep earlier. Exercise more. Eat better. Try the breathing techniques. Read the articles about resilience. Make another promise to yourself to create better boundaries.
Or perhaps you simply do what you’ve always done when something gets difficult.
You work harder.
And because you’re good at what you do, it works. At least from the outside.
Nobody sees the extra preparation. The second-guessing. The mental rehearsals. Or the conversations you replay when you should be sleeping.
They just see you delivering.
But you know how much more effort it’s taking to produce the same result.
And perhaps the most frustrating part is that none of the explanations you’ve been given quite fit.
Because this doesn’t feel like a lack of resilience. It doesn’t feel like you suddenly forgot how to handle pressure.
And after decades of building your career, it certainly doesn’t make sense that you’ve suddenly forgotten how to do a job you know you’re exceptionally good at.
So maybe the question isn’t:
Maybe there’s a better question.
What if there’s a reason this suddenly feels so much harder —
and you’ve simply never been given the right explanation?

I know what it takes to show up in a demanding corporate role. And I know what it’s like when you don’t yet understand what’s behind the changes you’re experiencing.
I want to be clear about something.
My own experience of perimenopause wasn’t dramatic in every respect. In many ways, I was lucky.
I had hot flushes, night sweats and heavy bleeding — including episodes of gushing that could have been incredibly embarrassing.
But the symptom that affected me most was insomnia.
I could fall asleep easily, but then I’d wake three or four times during the night and it was as though someone had suddenly switched the light on in my brain.
And invariably, just as I finally managed to fall back asleep, the alarm would go.
At the time, I was working as a General Manager. My role involved travel, responsibility and the expectation that when I showed up, I was switched on and knew exactly what was happening.
There were mornings when I’d barely slept and still had to get up early, get on a train to London and somehow arrive as my switched-on professional self.
And work was difficult. I was struggling. I was emotional. I knew I wasn’t quite myself.
Eventually, one of my colleagues could see that something wasn’t right and told me I needed to make an appointment with my GP.
So I did. And I came away with antidepressants.
I remember being left with this enormous question mark:
I knew I wasn’t myself. What I didn’t understand was why.
It took time for me to connect some of what I was experiencing with perimenopause. The night sweats eventually became one of the signs that helped me make that connection.
And that experience stayed with me.
Because when something changes — your sleep, your energy, your clarity, your emotions, your confidence — it’s tempting to look for one explanation.
My route into coaching began while I was at university studying for a professional management qualification. I went into the library looking for the next diet and came out having discovered intuitive eating.
That discovery sparked an interest that eventually led me into coaching.
And over time, my coaching experience, my years in corporate leadership and my own experience of perimenopause began to come together.
And all the other interconnected factors that can affect how clear, energised, confident and capable they feel from one day to the next.
Not to assume that perimenopause is responsible for everything a woman is experiencing.
And not because every woman’s experience will look like mine. It won’t.
CLEAR is a personalised, whole-body programme for high-performing women 40+ that starts by looking at the whole woman and the whole picture.
Perimenopause and hormonal changes may be important pieces of that picture.
But they are not assumed to be the cause — and you don’t need to identify as perimenopausal for CLEAR to be right for you.
CLEAR brings the different dots together through a whole-body, personalised approach designed specifically for high-performing women 40+ navigating demanding careers alongside the changes and pressures that can come with this stage of life.
Because when you understand the different factors affecting how you feel and perform, you can stop simply pushing harder and hoping things improve.

CLEAR helps you understand what’s changed, connect the factors affecting how you feel and perform, and build your way back to greater clarity, energy, confidence and self-trust at work.
Imagine not having to work quite so hard just to feel like yourself.
Not constantly wondering why something that used to feel easy suddenly takes more effort.
Not questioning whether you’re still as sharp as you were.
Not automatically blaming yourself when your energy disappears, your concentration slips or you don’t have the capacity you once took for granted.

Having more usable energy for the things that actually matter.
Being able to concentrate on the work in front of you rather than constantly monitoring how you’re coping with it.
Walking into an important meeting prepared — but without feeling as though you have to rehearse every possible question beforehand.
And then leaving the room without spending the rest of the day analysing how you came across.
But this is about more than how you perform in one meeting.
It’s about having the clarity, energy, confidence and capacity to participate fully in the working life you’ve spent years building.
Because the woman who built that career hasn’t disappeared.
Something has changed.
And rather than asking you to push harder, become more disciplined or accept that this is simply what happens after 40, CLEAR helps you start looking at the whole picture.
Because there may not be one single reason you don’t feel like yourself.
There may be several interconnected factors quietly affecting how you think, feel and perform.
CLEAR helps you begin connecting those dots, understanding your own patterns and making personalised changes based on what your body and life actually need.
So the goal isn’t to turn you into someone new.
It’s to help you stop fighting so hard to access the woman who is already there.
CLEAR is for high-performing women 40+ who are still performing, delivering and appearing every bit as capable as ever — but know how much more effort it’s taking behind the scenes to maintain that standard.
You’re the woman people rely on.
You’ve built your career by being capable, dependable and good at what you do.
You’re used to taking responsibility. Making decisions. Solving problems. Being the person others turn to when something needs to get done.
And you’re proud of what you’ve built.
You’re not looking to become less ambitious. You don’t want to step back simply because you’ve reached your 40s. And you certainly don’t believe your best professional years should automatically be behind you.
Perhaps your clarity, energy, confidence or capacity isn't as reliable as it once was, and maintaining your usual standard is taking more out of you.
You’ve invested years building your experience, reputation and expertise, and you want the energy and capacity to participate fully in what comes next.
You’re not looking for someone to tell you that everything is stress, everything is hormones or everything is simply part of getting older. You want to look at the whole picture and understand the different factors that may be affecting you.
You’re not looking for someone to “fix” you. You want to understand yourself better, make informed changes and build an approach that can work in the context of the life you actually lead.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s changed yet. You don’t need to have all the answers. And you don’t need to identify as perimenopausal for CLEAR to be relevant to you.
You simply need to recognise that you don’t feel or perform quite as you want to anymore — and you’re ready to stop compensating for it and start understanding it.
Because wanting things to feel better doesn’t mean you’ve lost your ambition.
You don’t need to arrive with the answers. But you do need to be willing to look at the whole picture, learn what affects you and make changes that fit your real life.
CLEAR isn’t about being the perfect client.
You don’t need endless motivation.
You don’t need to get everything right.
And you certainly don’t need to have already worked out why you don’t feel quite like yourself.
If you want one thing you can change tomorrow that will automatically make everything else fall into place, that isn’t what CLEAR promises.
CLEAR doesn’t begin with the assumption that everything is stress, hormones, nutrition, ageing — or anything else. We get curious about the different factors that may be contributing to how you feel and perform.
CLEAR is deliberately personalised. What supports one woman’s clarity, energy and capacity may not be what another woman needs.
I’ll guide and support you, but your observations, experiences and feedback matter. This is something we work through together.
They don’t have to be dramatic. They don't have to be perfect. And they need to work within the reality of your life. But understanding what affects you only becomes useful when you’re prepared to act on what you learn.
And if you’re reading this thinking:
That doesn’t mean CLEAR isn’t for you.
You already have a demanding life. The answer isn’t to give you another impossible standard to meet.
What matters is your willingness to get curious.
To look at the whole picture. To learn more about what affects you. And to make realistic changes that support the life and career you want to keep building.
If it’s taking more and more effort to feel like yourself, trying harder probably isn’t the information you’re missing.
You’ve spent years proving that you can step up, push through and do what needs to be done. And because you’re still delivering, working harder may even appear to be working.
But maintaining the same outward performance by continually increasing the effort behind it isn’t the same as understanding what has changed.
The fact that pushing harder hasn’t answered the question doesn’t mean you need to push harder still. It may simply mean you’ve been trying to solve something before you’ve understood what’s driving it. Before you decide what needs to change, you need to connect the dots.
The CLEAR Method looks at the whole picture first — connecting the dots before deciding what needs to change.
By now, you may have tried changing individual things.
Your sleep. Your diet. Your exercise. Your stress levels. Your routine.
Perhaps some things helped. Perhaps they didn’t. Or perhaps you were left wondering why you were doing all the “right” things and still not feeling quite like yourself.
The difference with CLEAR is that we don’t decide what the answer is before we’ve looked at you.
Instead, we work through the CLEAR Method — five stages designed to help you understand your individual picture, make personalised changes and build greater trust in your ability to support yourself.
We begin by looking at the whole picture: what you're experiencing, your working life, sleep, energy, nutrition, movement, stress and recovery, your body, personal data and hormonal changes where relevant.
Rather than making assumptions about what's driving how you feel, we start by looking for patterns and connections that may have been missed when each piece was considered separately.
With a clearer picture, we begin making personalised, realistic changes based on what we've learned about you.
The aim isn't to follow a generic plan for women over 40, but to explore what may better support your clarity, energy and day-to-day capacity.
This is where you bring what you are learning into your working life, supporting you to be more present, better able to access what you know and reducing some of the behind-the-scenes effort that has been consuming your energy.
We pay attention to what is actually helping, refine what isn't and begin embedding the useful changes into your real life.
The goal isn't perfect adherence to a programme. It's developing an approach that can survive deadlines, travel, family demands and busy weeks.
You finish with a much clearer understanding of yourself: what supports you, what affects you, what signs to pay attention to and what you can do when things begin to shift.
Because the goal isn't to leave you dependent on CLEAR to keep telling you what to do. It's to help you build greater confidence in understanding and supporting yourself.
The CLEAR Method helps you connect the dots, understand what you need and support that woman differently.
CLEAR brings together years of senior corporate experience, accredited coaching, specialist training and lived experience into one personalised, whole-body programme for high-performing women 40+.
CLEAR didn’t come from one qualification, one experience or one way of looking at women’s health and wellbeing.
It came from bringing together different parts of my own professional and personal experience that I believe need to be considered together.
I spent years working in senior corporate finance and held leadership responsibility at General Manager level.
I know what it means to work in an environment where you’re expected to think, decide, lead and deliver — and where the fact that you barely slept the night before doesn’t change what’s expected of you when you walk through the door.
My coaching experience has taught me that meaningful change rarely comes from simply handing someone another list of things they “should” be doing.
It comes from understanding the person in front of you, asking better questions, noticing patterns and working together to find changes that make sense in the context of her actual life.
My training also includes a Diploma in Eating Psychology and intuitive eating training.
That work shaped the way I think about food, behaviour and our relationship with our bodies.
It moved me away from the idea that women need another rigid set of rules to follow — and towards curiosity, understanding and an approach that takes the individual into account.
My experience isn't your experience, and I would never assume it is.
But I know what it’s like when things begin to change and you don’t immediately understand why.
I know what it’s like to navigate this stage of life while operating at senior General Manager level — carrying responsibility for decisions, people and delivery, with the expectation that you continue to lead and perform regardless of what may be happening behind the scenes.
And I know how powerful it can be when you finally begin to make connections between things that previously seemed separate.
None of those experiences, on their own, is CLEAR.
CLEAR sits at the intersection of all of them.
And a belief that when a high-performing woman tells me she doesn’t feel quite like herself anymore, the most useful place to begin isn’t with an assumption.
Because your sleep doesn’t exist separately from your energy.
Your energy doesn’t exist separately from the demands being placed on you.
Your nutrition, movement, stress, recovery, body, individual biology and hormonal changes where relevant don't exist in separate boxes either.
And neither does your working life.
This will be the first time I open CLEAR to a small group of women.
I’m intentionally keeping this first cohort small so we can work through the 16-week programme together, with access at an introductory first-cohort price.
Because while CLEAR may be new, the experience, training and thinking I’ve brought together to create it are not.
And the principle at the heart of it is simple:
CLEAR combines a structured 16-week curriculum with group coaching and individual support — helping you understand your own patterns, apply what you learn to your circumstances and build an approach you can continue beyond the programme.
Everyone in CLEAR works through the same structured 16-week curriculum together.
Across those 16 weeks, we explore the foundations that can influence how you feel, function and perform — including areas such as tracking, nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, recovery, emotional eating, self-leadership and navigating the realities of a busy working life.
The personalisation comes from how you apply that learning to you.
And what you notice as you begin putting what you’re learning into practice.
Through the group programme and individual support check-ins, you’ll have opportunities to make sense of that information and consider where your own attention may be most useful.
The programme moves through four clear phases, each lasting approximately four weeks. But the phases aren’t rigid boxes. They show where the emphasis shifts as the programme progresses. You’ll be learning and taking action from the beginning, while continuing to observe, apply and refine throughout all 16 weeks
Main emphasis: Building the picture and laying the foundations.
We start by establishing where you are now.
As you begin working through the early foundations of the CLEAR curriculum, you’ll also start paying closer attention to your own experience and patterns.
You’ll begin applying what you're learning from the start, while gathering a clearer picture of how the different pieces may connect for you.
The aim is to begin moving from:
Towards:
Main emphasis: Applying the learning more personally.
As the cohort continues through the curriculum, you’ll begin relating each new area more deliberately to your own circumstances, patterns and data.
The content provides the structure. Your experience helps you understand what that content means for you.
You’ll pay attention to what you notice as you put the learning into practice, rather than assuming that every strategy will affect every woman in exactly the same way.
Through the coaching and support available within CLEAR, you can reflect on what appears useful, where you may need to adjust your approach and what deserves more attention.
The aim is to move away from:
Towards:
Main emphasis: Bringing what you’re learning more deliberately into your working life.
You’ll continue moving through the same structured curriculum alongside the cohort while becoming more intentional about how you apply what you're learning when the demands of your career are real.
That might mean considering how your sleep, energy, nutrition, movement, stress and recovery interact with concentration, workload, decision-making, travel, demanding days or important meetings.
This is where the connections between what you’re learning and how you want to show up professionally can become increasingly practical.
Main emphasis: Integration and ownership.
By this stage, you’ll have worked through a broad range of foundations alongside the cohort while developing a much richer understanding of how those areas relate to you personally.
Now the emphasis shifts towards bringing that learning together.
This isn’t about finishing 16 weeks with a completely different programme from the woman who went through CLEAR alongside you.
The curriculum is shared. What you learn about yourself through it is personal.
The aim is to move towards:
Across those 16 weeks, the journey isn’t perfectly linear.
You’ll be learning while you’re taking action. Observing while you’re applying. And building ownership from the very beginning.
Everyone follows the CLEAR pathway. What you discover along that pathway — and how you apply it to your own life — is yours.
Over 16 weeks, you’ll follow a clear, structured curriculum alongside individual coaching, personal data, practical movement and nutrition support, and cohort connection — so you can understand what you’re learning in the context of your own body, working life and circumstances.
A structured 16-week curriculum that everyone in the CLEAR cohort works through, covering foundations including tracking, nutrition, sleep, stress, personalisation, movement, emotional eating, recovery, self-leadership, navigating real-life demands such as travel, and longer-term strategy.
You don’t have to keep piecing together information from different places or wondering which area you should focus on next. The curriculum gives you a clear pathway through the 16 weeks while helping you look at the different factors that can influence how you feel, function and perform.
A broader understanding of the whole picture — and the opportunity to discover how those different foundations relate to you.
Five private one-hour coaching calls positioned across the 16 weeks to support you at key points in the CLEAR journey:
Week 0: Onboarding and Starting Point Around Week 5: Personalisation Around Week 9: Real-Life Application and Resilience Around Week 13: Strategy and Evolution End of Week 16: Completion and Next Steps
Everyone follows the same structured curriculum, but everyone brings different individual circumstances, working lives, patterns and experiences. These individual conversations give us dedicated space to focus on what you're noticing, what you're learning and how you’re applying it within your own life.
Personal support at key points throughout CLEAR, so the shared curriculum becomes increasingly relevant to your own circumstances rather than simply another collection of information to consume.
A separate approximately 30-minute session dedicated to reviewing your DNA results and considering the information they provide within the wider context of CLEAR.
This is not an ancestry or genealogy test, and it isn’t being used to identify relatives. The purpose is to provide information relevant to the areas we’re exploring within CLEAR and add another layer to your understanding of your own individual picture.
Your individual biology is another piece of the picture. Rather than treating DNA data as an answer in itself, we use it alongside what you're learning about your patterns, experience and circumstances.
Another source of personal insight to help you understand yourself more fully and consider where your attention may be useful as you work through the programme.
Data and tracking elements that help you establish your starting point, observe what’s happening over time and capture information about your own patterns and experience.
As part of CLEAR, you’ll also receive home body-composition scales to use throughout the programme — and keep afterwards. These provide another consistent source of information that can help you observe patterns and progress over time alongside the other things you’re learning and noticing.
When you’re busy, tired and juggling a demanding career with everything else in your life, it can be difficult to remember exactly what changed, when it changed or what might have influenced it. Tracking gives you something more concrete to reflect on.
A clearer view of your own patterns and progress, so you can begin connecting what you're learning in the curriculum with what you're actually noticing in yourself.
Guided movement and training support to help you put the movement learning within CLEAR into practice. You’ll have structured exercise to follow, whether you train at home or in a gym, with the opportunity to provide feedback so your training can be progressed or adjusted as you move through the programme.
Knowing that movement matters is very different from knowing what to actually do. Having structured training support removes some of that guesswork and gives you a practical way to apply what you’re learning within your own life.
A clearer, supported way to put movement into practice, with training that can develop as you progress through CLEAR rather than leaving you to work it all out for yourself.
Practical nutrition resources, including recipes and meal ideas, to help you turn what you’re learning about nutrition into everyday choices.
This isn’t personalised meal planning or a prescribed meal plan. It’s practical support to make the nutrition learning easier to use in real life.
Understanding nutrition doesn’t automatically answer the very practical question: “What am I actually going to eat?” Having ideas and resources available helps bridge the gap between understanding something and actually applying it.
Practical ideas you can draw on as you put the nutrition learning into action, without adding another job of having to work everything out from scratch.
A private WhatsApp space for the women going through the First CLEAR Cohort together.
Although your experience of CLEAR will be personal to you, you won’t be the only woman working through the programme. The group gives you a place to stay connected to the cohort as you move through the same 16-week journey.
A sense of connection and shared momentum alongside the individual work you're doing throughout the 16 weeks.
Everything inside CLEAR is there to help you do more than simply collect information about what women over 40 should be doing.
The curriculum gives you the structure. The data helps you observe your own picture.
The individual calls give you dedicated space to explore how the learning applies to you.
The movement and nutrition support helps you turn what you’re learning into practical action.
And the cohort means you’re not going through the 16 weeks in isolation.
CLEAR brings structured learning, individual support, personal data and practical implementation together — so you’re not left trying to work out what applies to you and how to make it work in an already full life.
There is no shortage of information about what women over 40 should be doing.
You could spend months reading articles, listening to podcasts and following different experts — and still be left with the same fundamental question:
That’s where the value of CLEAR lies. Not in giving you more information to add to the pile.
But in bringing the different pieces together within one structured 16-week programme, with the support and tools to help you understand and apply what you’re learning.
Everyone in CLEAR works through the same structured 16-week curriculum.
You don't have to decide what to investigate next or try to build your own programme from conflicting sources.
We move through the foundations together, looking at areas including tracking, nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, recovery, emotional eating, self-leadership and the realities of making changes around a demanding life.
The structure is shared. The way you apply the learning to your own circumstances, patterns and experiences is personal.
CLEAR isn't a bespoke one-to-one coaching programme.
But neither are you simply given access to a curriculum and left to get on with it.
Across the 16 weeks, you have five private 60-minute coaching calls, positioned at key points in the programme.
Those conversations give us dedicated space to look at what you're noticing, what you're learning and how you’re applying it within your own working life and circumstances.
You also have a separate 30-minute DNA results review, so the information from your DNA test can be considered alongside the wider picture you're building through CLEAR.
The DNA test isn't there to provide the answer.
It's another source of information that can help you understand your own picture more fully.
It can be surprisingly difficult to recognise patterns when you're living through them. That's why CLEAR doesn't rely solely on how you happen to feel on a particular day.
Personal tracking helps you observe what’s happening over time. Your DNA testing adds another source of individual information.
And you'll receive home body-composition scales to use throughout the programme and keep afterwards, helping you observe relevant patterns and progress over time.
The purpose isn't to reduce your experience to numbers. It's to give you more information to connect with what you're noticing, learning and experiencing.
Understanding something and applying it in real life are two different things.
CLEAR includes guided movement and training support to help you translate the movement learning into practice.
You'll have structured exercise to follow, whether you train at home or in a gym, with the opportunity to provide feedback so your training can be progressed or adjusted as you move through the programme.
And because knowing what good nutrition looks like doesn't automatically answer “What am I actually going to eat?”, you'll also have access to practical nutrition resources, recipes and meal ideas to help you put the nutrition learning into everyday life.
This isn't personalised meal planning or a prescribed meal plan. It's practical support designed to make what you're learning easier to use.
You shouldn't have to finish a session and then start researching which equipment you need to buy.
Your home body-composition scales are supplied and delivered directly to you. Your kitchen/food scales are supplied and delivered directly to you. Your DNA testing kit is supplied as part of the programme, ready for you to take your swab and return it as instructed.
These may sound like small details. But when your life is already full, removing unnecessary steps matters.
The aim is to make it easier for you to participate in CLEAR rather than giving you another list of things to organise before you can begin.
You’ll also be part of the private CLEAR WhatsApp cohort community, connecting you with the other women moving through the same programme.
Your circumstances and what you discover about yourself will be individual to you.
But there is value in knowing that other women are learning, experimenting and moving through the same 16-week pathway alongside you.
It creates connection and shared momentum as you do your own work.
That is what makes CLEAR more than access to a programme.
It’s not any single call.
Any single piece of data.
Any set of scales.
Any recipe.
Or any one week of the curriculum.
Because the value of CLEAR isn’t in giving you more things to know.
Because this first cohort runs across the festive period, I’ve included two thoughtful extras designed to give you additional support when it may be particularly useful.
A practical guide to help you navigate Christmas in a way that works alongside what you’re learning in CLEAR.
Delivered in early December, The CLEAR Christmas Edit is a beautifully designed festive guide filled with practical ideas to help you approach the season with more intention — without turning Christmas into another thing you have to get “right.”
Inside, you’ll find recipes, food and drink ideas, alcohol-free options and practical guidance to help you think about how you want to navigate the festive period alongside what you're learning through CLEAR.
You'll also be invited to a live pre-Christmas group session, giving you the opportunity to think through your own festive period, consider what might help you and ask questions before Christmas arrives.
Christmas can bring different routines, more social occasions, food and drink, travel, family commitments and competing demands.
CLEAR isn't about putting everything you've learned on hold until January. And it isn't about imposing a rigid set of rules that makes Christmas feel like something else you need to manage perfectly.
It’s about learning how to support yourself within your real life — including the weeks when your usual routines change.
The CLEAR Christmas Edit helps you approach the festive period with more intention and flexibility, using what you're learning to make choices that work for you.
One additional private 60-minute coaching session, available to use when you feel some extra individual support would be useful.
CLEAR already includes five private 60-minute coaching calls positioned at key points throughout the 16 weeks. But real life doesn't always unfold according to a programme schedule.
There may be a point when something comes up that you want more space to think through. You may be struggling to apply something you've learned. You may notice a pattern you want to explore. Or you may simply reach a point where having some additional individual support would help you work out what comes next.
That's why, as part of the First CLEAR Cohort, you'll also have one additional private 60-minute coaching session that you can choose to use at any point during the 16 weeks.
You don't have to predict now when you might need that extra support — or whether you'll need it at all.
The session is simply there for you if a point arrives when an additional one-to-one conversation would be useful.
So alongside the structure of your five planned coaching calls, you have the reassurance of knowing there is one extra hour of individual support available when you choose to use it.
These bonuses aren't there to make CLEAR look bigger. They’re there because this First CLEAR Cohort will be moving through the programme across a particular time of year — and because sometimes the most useful support is the support that’s available at the moment you actually need it.
The CLEAR Christmas Edit helps you navigate a potentially disruptive period without losing sight of yourself. And Your Extra Support Session gives you an additional individual touchpoint if you need one along the way.

You’ll have been welcomed in, your starting point will be clearer, and we’ll be ready to begin connecting the dots.
A few of the questions you may be asking yourself before deciding whether to join the First CLEAR Cohort.
You don’t need to know.
And you certainly don’t need to identify as perimenopausal to join CLEAR.
One of the principles at the heart of CLEAR is that we don’t decide what the answer is before we’ve looked at the whole picture.
Hormonal changes may be relevant. They may be one of several interconnected factors. Or our attention may need to go elsewhere.
CLEAR gives you a structured way to explore areas including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress and recovery, your individual biology, your working life and hormonal changes where relevant.
We start with you — not an assumption about what’s causing how you feel.
That may be one of the reasons you're considering CLEAR in the first place.
You already have a demanding career and a full life. The answer isn't to give you another enormous project to manage — or another standard you have to meet perfectly.
CLEAR gives you a structured pathway across 16 weeks, with practical support to help you apply what you're learning within the reality of your life.
Some weeks you'll have more capacity than others.
That's real life.
You don't need to do CLEAR perfectly for it to be worth engaging with.
What matters is being willing to participate, notice what's happening and keep learning about what supports you.
If that experience is making you hesitate, I understand why.
It's frustrating to invest in something with good intentions, only to find that life takes over and another course or programme gradually slips down the list.
CLEAR isn't built around expecting you to stay motivated for 16 perfect weeks.
You have a structured curriculum to follow, five planned private coaching calls at key points, personal data and tracking to help you notice your own patterns, practical movement and nutrition support, and a cohort moving through the same journey alongside you.
And as part of the First CLEAR Cohort, you also have your Extra Support Session available if there is a point when an additional individual conversation would be useful.
None of that means the programme can do the work for you.
But you won't simply be given a collection of information and left alone to turn it into change.
£1,795 is a meaningful investment, and you absolutely should think carefully about whether CLEAR is the right use of that money for you.
But when you're weighing up the decision, the cost of joining CLEAR isn't the only thing you might want to consider.
There can also be a cost to continuing exactly as you are now.
Perhaps that's the extra effort you're putting in to stay on top of work.
The time spent preparing, compensating or second-guessing yourself.
Having less capacity left for yourself and the rest of your life because so much of it is being used to keep everything going.
Or simply continuing to push through without really understanding what's changed or what might support you differently.
That doesn't mean joining CLEAR is automatically the right decision.
It simply means that doing nothing differently isn't necessarily cost-free either.
And while the supported CLEAR programme lasts for 16 weeks, what you learn isn't confined to those 16 weeks.
The understanding you develop around your own patterns, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, recovery, individual data and how those different pieces may connect is knowledge you can continue drawing on and applying after the programme has finished.
Some of what you learn may even naturally be useful in conversations and choices within your family, if you choose to share it.
And the practical equipment supplied as part of CLEAR — including your body-composition scales and kitchen/food scales — is yours to keep and continue using afterwards.
So the decision isn't simply:
“Is 16 weeks worth £1,795?”
It's also worth asking:
“What might I gain from understanding myself better — and what is continuing exactly as I am now already costing me?”
There isn't one right answer to that question.
Only you can decide whether CLEAR feels worth prioritising now.
I want you to feel confident about joining CLEAR.
You'll have 14 days to change your mind.
Where participant-specific costs have already been committed, these may be deducted from any refund.
Full details are set out in the programme Terms & Conditions.
So you can make your decision knowing there is a clear change-of-mind provision in place rather than feeling that the moment you join, there's no way back.
You just need to be ready to understand it.
You don’t need to arrive at CLEAR knowing exactly why you feel different.
You don’t need to decide whether it’s your sleep, stress, nutrition, recovery, hormonal changes, the demands of your working life — or several things interacting with each other.
And you don’t need to have worked out what you should do about it.
That’s what the next 16 weeks are for.
What matters is whether you’re ready to stop simply compensating, pushing through and hoping things improve — and give yourself the opportunity to understand your own picture more clearly.
If you are, I’d love to welcome you into the First CLEAR Cohort.
The First CLEAR Cohort is limited to six women. Join for £1,795 paid in full, or £850 on joining, followed by three monthly instalments of £350 (£1,900 total).
Six women. One shared starting point. And the opportunity to experience CLEAR at the introductory First Cohort price.
The First CLEAR Cohort begins on Monday 30th November 2026. There are just six places available. Once those six places are filled, enrolment for this cohort will close.
Women joining this first cohort will receive the complete 16-week CLEAR programme at the introductory price of £1,795 paid in full, rather than the regular CLEAR price of £2,595.
You’ll also receive the two bonuses created specifically for this first cohort:
The First CLEAR Cohort begins on 30th November and has six places available.
If CLEAR feels right for you now, this is your opportunity to begin with that small first group, at the introductory First Cohort price and with both First Cohort bonuses included.
You can keep compensating for what’s changed — or you can start understanding what you need now.
You’ve spent long enough working harder behind the scenes.
And wondering why things that once felt natural now seem to require so much more effort. You know you’re still capable. You know your experience, intelligence and ambition haven’t disappeared. You just don’t feel quite like yourself. And you don’t have to keep guessing why.
CLEAR isn’t going to assume that everything is hormones. It isn’t going to tell you that you simply need to manage your stress better. And it isn’t going to promise that changing one thing will magically change everything.
Instead, CLEAR gives you a structured 16-week programme to help you connect the dots, understand your own picture and learn how to support yourself differently.
So you can stop putting all that energy into compensating for what you don’t yet understand — and start putting it into understanding what you need.
And if you’re ready to start finding your way back to greater clarity, energy, confidence and trust in yourself, I’d love to welcome you into the First CLEAR Cohort.

One Last Thought
Before You Go
P.S. If there’s one thing I want you to take away from this page, it’s this:
You don’t need to accept that feeling less clear, less energised or less like yourself is simply the price of getting older. And you don’t need to keep working harder to compensate for changes you haven’t yet understood.
CLEAR gives you 16 weeks to connect the dots, understand your own picture and learn how to support yourself differently — so you can move forward with greater clarity, energy, confidence and trust in yourself.
If that’s what you’re ready for, I’d love to welcome you into the First CLEAR Cohort.
